Free airport transfers

Another benefit of including air with your Brennan vacation is that we include the transfer from the airport to the first hotel or your cruise ship and from the last hotel or your cruise ship back to the airport. This can represent not only a substantial savings but also give you peace of mind.

Airport transfers can be arranged on the regular vacation arrival and departure dates. Transfers will be provided only if confirmed by Brennan Vacations. Look for confirmation of your transfer in your “Important Travel Documents.”

Land-only clients who make their own air arrangements on regularly scheduled direct or nonstop transatlantic flights into international terminals, may reserve our airport transfer service (described above). Have your travel agent ask the Brennan reservations staff about availability and prices at time of booking and fax (303.703.7060) or send a photocopy of your transatlantic air itinerary with arrival and departure flights and dates, plus your Brennan invoice number, to the Brennan Transfer Department. Flight details should be sent apart from other correspondence or payment and must be received no later than five weeks prior to departure.

As a completely independent tour operator, we have no ties to any one airline. We have negotiated the lowest possible airfares with the world’s finest carriers on behalf of our travelers. Plus, Brennan's buying power means generally better rates for you.

Air coordinated with tour dates

With Brennan Vacations, think of your entire vacation as one-stop-shopping. Rather than spending hours researching flight options to coordinate with your vacation start and end dates, let us handle the work. When we book your air, if there are any changes to your vacation schedule, we make the air changes for you.

Low Airfares

We offer low airfares for all of the destinations in this brochure from cities across the U.S. Call our Travel Consultants for information.

Any changes and / or revisions to airline flights may affect your air-inclusive price. Various domestic and international departure and arrival taxes and fees are not included in the vacation price (please see "Applicable airfare taxes and fees" section that follows). These taxes and fees will be added to your air-inclusive invoice a single per person charge. Taxes and fees are subject to change without notice and will be quoted at time of booking.

How we select your flights

Since seats for our low-cost airfares fill quickly, we urge you to book early. Air-inclusive reservations cannot be made later than 10 days prior to departure. Additional rules may apply. Ask our Travel Consultants for details. Although we will try, Brennan cannot always honor carrier or flight preferences.

Electronic air ticket confirmation will be received by your travel agent two to three weeks prior to vacation departure. For any late bookings, electronic ticket confirmation is sent overnight with documents after final payment is received (added fee is attached to express documents). This also applies if paper tickets are issued. Your travel agent may advise us of your special service requests, such as seat assignments and special meals, or your frequent flyer number.

Please retain your ticket copy in the event you need it later for proof of your flight; we are unable to supply ticket copies after your return.

Guaranteed air-inclusive prices

Air tickets may be issued on the date we receive full payment in order to protect you from price increases. We encourage early payment to ensure that you are not subject to any airfare increases. If you revise or cancel your air arrangements after tickets are issued, revision fees or airline cancellation charges may be applicable. Please ask if any such charges apply before making changes.

We also accept your reservation on a land-only basis

While booking your vacation air inclusive gives you all the advantages described here, you can also choose the land-only option. But remember, airlines’ special fares generally apply to very brief periods. (Our low air-inclusive fares apply throughout the year.) Plus, to get these “deals” you often are required to pay the full fare at the time of booking.

Taxes and surcharges

Taxes and surcharges are subject to change and are not guaranteed until full invoice payment is received.

Any changes and/or revisions to airline flights may result in changes in fees, taxes, and/or surcharges, affecting your air-inclusive price.

Applicable Airfare Taxes and Fees

Air prices do not include government-imposed taxes and fees, including a September 11th fee of up to $10, passenger facility charges of up to $18, and Federal domestic flight segment fees of up to $3.40 per segment. Additionally, U.S. arrival and departure fees of up to $300 may apply, depending on your itinerary.
