How do I make my reservations?
We strongly recommend that you visit your professional travel agent to make your reservation. Your travel agent can assist you in many ways, including scheduling your air arrangements.

What does the tour cost include?
The prices listed in this brochure cover all hotel accommodations, all applicable sightseeing and admissions as per itinerary, motorcoach transportation, services of a professional Brennan Tour Director, and all meals as shown in the itinerary.

What is not included in the tour price?
Federal Inspection fees for the Federal U.S. Customs and Immigration; international arrival and departure fees; agricultural taxes; September 11th security fee; airport taxes and fees such as U.S. passenger facility charges; port taxes; passports; visas and vaccinations; tips to your Tour or Cruise Director, Local Host, driver, Local Guides, and ships' crew; gratuities on ferries, trains, and cruise ships; laundry; telephone; mini bar; alcohol, beverages, and food not on the regular table d’hôte menu (these extra items will be billed to you before leaving the hotel, ship, or restaurant); optional excursions; porterage at airports; travel protection; excess baggage fees; and all other items of a personal nature.

What is an Optional Activity?
These are activities that we do not automatically include because they may not appeal to every tour member, i.e. whitewater rafting. Your Tour Director will have a list of available options and the appropriate costs.

Do you have a share program for singles?
If you wish to share with another tour member you can advise Brennan Vacations at the time of booking. The single price will be charged initially. If we can set you up with someone before departure, then we will refund the difference between the per person single and the twin price after you have traveled. Shares are not guaranteed.

When will I receive my documents?
Documents will normally be mailed approximately two to three weeks prior to departure provided full payment has been received.

What if the tour date is changed?
Brennan Vacations reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure. Should this happen, Brennan Vacations will make every effort to protect you on another departure date. If an alternate date cannot be found, a full refund will be made.
